V tem \u010dasu uporabi\u0161 lahko kar zamrznjenega. Na olju prepra\u017ei\u0161 sesekljano \u010debulo. Doda\u0161 mlete orehe in malo vode, v kateri se je kuhal stro\u010dji fi\u017eol, tako da dobi\u0161 omako. Doda\u0161 1 \u017eli\u010dko kuzuja, ki ga razpusti\u0161 v nekaj \u017elicah hladne vode, soli\u0161 in za\u010dini\u0161. Kuha\u0161 \u0161e 5 minut. V omako vme\u0161a\u0161 \u0161e kuhan fi\u017eol in jed je gotova. Z njo prelije\u0161 ri\u017eeve testenine. Dober tek!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ro\u017ei\u010dev puding<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00b7         1 l mleka po \u017eelji, lahko tudi rastlinskega<br \/>\n\u00b7         1 vre\u010dka vanilijevega pudinga<br \/>\n\u00b7         100 ml ri\u017eeve smetane<br \/>\n\u00b7         2 banani<br \/>\n\u00b7         1 \u017elici ro\u017ei\u010deve moke<br \/>\n\u00b7         1 \u017eli\u010dka agaragarja<br \/>\nPriprava:<br \/>\nBanani, ri\u017eevo smetano, vanilijev puding in ro\u017ei\u010devo moko zme\u0161a\u0161 s pali\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom. Zlije\u0161 v vrelo mleko in stalno me\u0161a\u0161 2 minuti.<br \/>\n\u017dli\u010dko agar agarja razpusti\u0161 v malo hladne vode in doda\u0161 pudingu.<br \/>\nDobro preme\u0161a\u0161 in nalije\u0161 v skodelice, ohladi\u0161, potem pa samo \u0161e dober tek!<br \/>\n\u010ce \u0161e ne ve\u0161, ro\u017ei\u010deva moka je lahko nadomestek kakava pa tudi u\u010dinkovit zaviralec apetita. Vsebuje vitamine, minerale ima pa tudi nizko vsebnost ma\u0161\u010dob in je zato zelo primerna za vse, ki se trudite za vitko linijo. Pomaga  pri uravnavanju telesne te\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rde\u010de kuhano vino z ingverjem<\/strong><br \/>\nSestavine:<br \/>\n\u2022             2 dcl vode<br \/>\n\u2022             1 \u017eli\u010dka drobno naribanega sve\u017eega ingverja<br \/>\nZavremo in na majhnem ognju kuhamo 5 minut, nato prilijemo \u0161e 3 do 5 dcl rde\u010dega vina, zavremo in odstavimo. Lahko sladimo z medom.
