V vsakdanjem hitenju telo zaradi hitenja nenehno spravljam v stres in to pogosto ob\u010dutim kot utrujenost in zaspanost. Verjetno pozna\u0161 tisti ob\u010dutek, ko ti nenadoma zmanjka energije, kot da bi ti nekdo iztaknil kabel, preko katerega se napaja\u0161. Zato me je prav prijetno presenetilo vabilo o tridnevnem meditativnem odmiku in z najve\u010djim veseljem\u00a0sem se prijavila, ker si neskon\u010dno \u017eelim\u00a0malce miru in \u010dasa zase.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Malo pred pri\u010detkom odmika sem prejela urnik, v katerem je bil natan\u010den razpored meditacij in kar malce\u00a0\u0161okirana sem bila, ko sem ugotovila, da bomo prakti\u010dno cel dan meditirali, z majhnimi vmesnimi odmori. Najbolj me je skrbelo sedenje, saj nisem navajena, da bi toliko ur dnevno sedela.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Prvi dan se je odmik pri\u010del \u0161ele zve\u010der in \u017ee med prvo meditacijo sem skoraj zaspala. Naslednji, drugi dan sem se borila z ne\u0161teto mislimi, nemirom, utrujenostjo in popoldan sem morala zaradi zaspanosti kar malce zadremati.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Tretji dan, v nedeljo, pa se mi je odprla pandorina skrinjica. Telo se je umirilo, po\u010dutila sem se osve\u017eeno, o utrujenosti ni bilo ve\u010d duha ne sluha, zato sem z lahkoto meditirala in lahko sem pogledala v svoja \u010dustva. Ugotovila sem, da v nenehnem hitenju spravljam telo v konstanten stres in zato te\u017eje \u010dutim\u00a0svoje\u00a0telo. \u0160e dobro, da vsak dan telovadim in vsaj malce pomeditiram, pa kljub vsemu je nujno, da telesu privo\u0161\u010dim malce ve\u010d po\u010ditka. To mo\u010dno priporo\u010dam prav vsakemu, ker po izku\u0161njah vidim, da skoraj vsi mo\u010dno podcenjujemo stres. Stres pa je prva stopni\u010dka do oslabljenega imunskega sistema, zatem se odprejo vrata za razli\u010dne zdravstvene te\u017eave, pa smo tam. Zbolimo&#8230;. \u0160ele takrat se pogosto zavedamo, da je potrebno nekaj spremeniti.
